Glutten For Globetrotters

I embarrass my kids a lot. Hopefully they will look back and laugh at themselves like I do now. But when I was around my sons age I got a white version of this Panasonic tape recorder for Christmas.

 

I then recorded myself singing to my favorite cartoon intro.

The Globetrotters were just plain awesome. I'm still mad I can't find my pillow case that I got from my Aunt and Uncle.

Then this cartoon took over. I was less interested but still watched. Kooky for sure.

But I started to feel like someone dumped sugar on my Freakies cereal.  It just felt unnecessary.
